How the learning happens:
- Concepts are taught briefly and demonstrated by skilled facilitators. Visuals, stories, examples and clear and illustrated learning material make it easy to grasp.
- Exercises follow in which delegates practice the concepts. This is fun and demanding but rewarding.
- Feedback is given as to how well the delegate is mastering the skills. This can be an eye opener and developmental.
- A sign off happens when a delegate masters each one of the 11 skills.
Learning can also be done individually via ZOOM.
